Tai Chi

This is the breakdown of the 24 step yang style short form

The form work used is based on Peters understanding after learning from various Tai-Chi masters.

Please also use U tube for 10 step Yang form , (the pink lady seems best ) as this short sequence is taught first.

Peter teaches at Ipswich Buddhist Centre Mondays  6 to 7.20pm 7.50 per class or 65 for block of 10 and Mondays 7.30 to 9.30pm costs 9 per class or 80 for block of 10

One to one classes are available and recommended for enthusiastic students , also trying to keep a low cost depending on time and location, these carry are a deep transmition of knowledge, a traditional practise not unlike osmosis where the absorption of understanding is slow and specific to requirements and current understanding.
